1. ITASCO Coal Import-Export Trading Company Limited (ITASCO-SG): 

  • Head office: Address: 1/9 Giang Van Minh, Quarter 4 - An Phu Ward - District 2 - Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Main functions and duties: Processing and trading coal; Freight transport by road.
  • V-ITASCO Company contributes 03 billion VND, equivalent to 100% of the charter capital.


2. ITASCO Hai Phong One Member Limited Company:

  • Head office: No. 10 Ho Xuan Huong - Minh Khai ward - Hong Bang district - Hai Phong city.
  • Main functions and duties: Processing and trading coal; Receipt of goods, warehouse and storage business
  • goods; Trading materials and equipment; Road and waterway transportation business;
  • V-ITASCO Company contributes 05 billion VND, equivalent to 100% of the charter capital.


3. ITASCO Coal Trading Company Limited:

  • Head office: Lot A-03, 97 Bach Dang urban area, Ha Ly ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city
  • Main functions and duties: Processing and trading in coal.
  • V-ITASCO Company contributes 03 billion VND, equivalent to 100% of the charter capital.


4. Vinacomin - Investment, Minerals and Services Joint Stock Company:

  • Head office: 10th floor, Micco Tower Building, Alley 01 Phan Dinh Giot - Phuong Liet ward - Thanh Xuan district - Hanoi city.
  • Main functions and duties: Sales of materials and equipment.
  • Number of shares held by V-ITASCO Company is 702,000 shares, equivalent to 26% of charter capital.


5. Dong Hai ITASCO Warehouse Service Joint Stock Company

  • Head office: Km3 + 500 Nguyen Binh Khiem street, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city
  • Main functions and duties: Warehouse services; Processing and trading in coal
  • Number of shares held by V-ITASCO Company is 3,033,253 shares, equivalent to 19.2% of charter capital.


6. ITASCO Mineral Processing and Service One Member Limited Company

  • Head office: House No. 64 Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Ong ward, Cam Pha town, Quang Ninh province.
  • Main functions and duties: Processing and trading in coal.
