V-ITASCO

ROAD OF DEVELOPMENT 

  • 1986: Established the Company to serve the life of the Ministry of Mining and Coal according to the Decision No. 39 / MT-TCCB dated October 1, 1986 of the Ministry of Mining and Coal.
  • 1991: Renamed as Energy Industry General Services Company under Decision No. 301 / NL-TCCB-LĐ dated June 18, 1991 of the Ministry of Energy.
  • 1995: Established General Trading and Service Company under Decision No. 135 / QD-NL-TCCB on March 4, 1995 of the Ministry of Energy.
  • 2003: Renamed as Investment, Trading and Service Company according to Decision 645 / QD-HĐQT April 25th, 2003 of Vietnam Coal Corporation.
  • In 2004: Equitized enterprises under the direction of the Ministry of Industry in accordance with Decision No. 150/2004 / QD-BCN dated December 1, 2004 of the Ministry of Industry on the transformation of the Investment, Trading and Service Company. to become Investment, Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
  • 2006: Renamed as Investment, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company - TKV according to Decision No. 3908 / QD-HĐQT dated December 15, 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Company; is a subsidiary of Vietnam Natioanl Coal - Minerals Industrial Holding Group.
  • 2010: Renamed to Vinacomin - Investment, Trading and Services Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 24 / QD-DHĐCĐ dated September 7, 2010 of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company; is a subsidiary of Vietnam Coal - Minerals Industry Corporation Limited.
  • 2016: Implementing Decision No. 2948 / QD-TKV dated 12/12/2016 of Vietnam Coal - Minerals Industry Corporation Limited on the termination of recognition of Vinacomin - Investment, Trading and Service Joint Stock Company as a subsidiary, V-ITASCO has become an affiliated company of Vietnam Coal - Minerals Industry Corporation Limited since December 15, 2016.

With a long history of more than 30 years of construction, growth and development, from the first day of establishment with modest assets, capital, a staff of dozens of employees; Up to now, the equity of the Company has reached hundreds of billions of dong, the team of employees is more than 800 people, of which over 50% has university degree or higher. These are important factors contributing to the sustainable development of the Company. Currently, the Company is operating under a two-tier model. At this time, the Company has 04 single member limited liability companies and 03 joint stock companies with presence in all regions of the country such as: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Khanh Hoa and Thanh Ho Chi Minh City.
